New York University appointed His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Abdulsalam AlMadani as Professor at its campus in the United States of America, during its participation in AEEDC Dubai 2026, making him the first Emirati to be appointed to this prestigious academic position. H.E. AlMadani serves as the Roving Ambassador of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM) for the GCC Region, Chairman of AEEDC Dubai and the Global Scientific Dental Alliance (GSDA), and Chairman of the International Congress for Health Specialties (ICHS). This appointment comes in recognition of his distinguished scientific and professional career, his notable contributions to education, the medical sector, and professional development, and his prominent role in strengthening international cooperation among scientific and medical institutions worldwide.

The participants represented 211 member organizations from more than 45 countries, working together to enhance international cooperation and exchange scientific expertise. Discussions focused on recommendations grounded in the latest scientific research, with the aim of presenting innovative solutions and advancing educational and professional standards, reflecting GSDA’s standing on the global stage.
